WHY I CREATED THIS JOURNEY
I Learned the Hard Way That Sacred Work Still Needs Structure
For years, I believed being capable meant carrying everything.
I held the vision, marketing, venue, supplies, meals, transportation, participant communication, team and facilitation, often with a hundred open loops running through my mind at once.
Over more than 17 years of producing and facilitating retreats, ceremonies, gatherings and immersive experiences, I learned that devotion was never meant to require depletion.
The transformation needs intentional design.
